Description:
At 649 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Fosters, or near Bossier City, moving east at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Shreveport, Bossier City, Haughton, Fosters, Eastwood, Sligo,
Bodcau and Barksdale Air Force Base.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
