* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Far Eastern and Penobscot Valley Maine, including the following areas, in Far Eastern Maine, Northern Washington. In Penobscot Valley Maine, Central Penobscot. * WHEN...Through Monday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Locally heavy rainfall of 1 to 3 inches is likely in a 1-3 hour timeframe, with isolated amounts of between 2 and 4 inches possible.
