* At 934 PM EDT, High flows are being released through the Tippy Dam.
HAZARD...Flash flooding from elevated river levels.

IMPACT...Flooding of areas along the river immediately
downstream of the dam.
* The nearest downstream town is High Bridge Campground...located
about 3.5 miles from the dam. Areas downstream from the Tippy Dam
along the Manistee River should be prepared for flooding.
Flooding is occurring along the Manistee River.
Instruction:
If you are in low lying areas below the Tippy Dam you should prepare
to move to higher ground if necessary. Do not attempt to drive
across flooded roadways.
