For the Menominee River...including Florence, McAllister...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Menominee River near McAllister. * WHEN...Until Friday morning, May 1. * IMPACTS...At 16.5 feet, Water approaches River Drive and Shore Drive west of Wallace in Menominee County, Michigan. Water approaches South Park Road east of Porterfield. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 16.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:00 PM CDT Friday was 16.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.0 feet just after midnight tonight.
