* WHERE...Red River of the North at Oslo.
* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon until further notice.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 22.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 33.0
feet Sunday morning.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
