* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Flood Stage. Flood waters impact roadways
in the Schell Osage Wildlife Refuge area.

- At 6:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 22.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 23.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow morning to a crest of 23.1 feet early tomorrow

morning.
