Grand River near Chillicothe affecting Livingston and Linn
Counties.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Grand River near Sumner.
* WHEN...Until late Sunday night.
* IMPACTS...At 37.0 feet, State Highway 139 floods a half mile east
of Sumner.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 35.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early
Sunday morning and continue falling to 10.3 feet Wednesday
morning.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
