Grand River near Sumner affecting Chariton, Linn, Carroll and Livingston Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Grand River near Pattonsburg. * WHEN...Until Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Low-lying farmland begins to flood. At 30.0 feet, Nearly all agricultural land and secondary roads in the Grand River floodplain flood. At 32.0 feet, U.S. Highway 69 south of Pattonsburg floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 30.3 feet. - Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon to 4.1 feet early Monday morning. It will then rise to 4.4 feet early Monday afternoon. It will fall to 3.7 feet early Tuesday afternoon. It will then rise to 3.9 feet early Wednesday morning.
