Description:
At 746 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles northeast of
Courtois, or 11 miles southwest of Potosi, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

Potosi around 800 PM CDT.
Mineral Point around 805 PM CDT.
Other locations impacted by the severe thunderstorm include Shirley,
Belgrade and Caledonia.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter
