Description:
At 1047 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Green Ridge to near Clinton to near Butler to 7
miles north of Nevada, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Clinton, Butler, Rich Hill, Calhoun, Deepwater, Montrose, Coal,
Rockville, Brownington, Tightwad, La Due, and Truman Lake.
This includes Interstate 49 between mile markers 118 and 135.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for west central
Missouri.
