Description:
At 1259 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Oakview, or over Gladstone, moving northeast at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Kansas City, Liberty, Gladstone, Excelsior Springs, Kearney, North
Kansas City, Claycomo, Pleasant Valley, Glenaire, Avondale, Oakview,
Crystal Lakes, Missouri City, River Bend, Woods Heights, Mosby,
Oakwood Park, Homestead, Oakwood, and Birmingham.

Interstate 35 in Missouri between mile markers 7 and 25.
Interstate 29 between mile markers 0 and 2.
