* TIMING...Wednesday, 1 PM CDT / Noon MDT to 10 PM CDT / 9 PM MDT
Thursday evening.
* WINDS...This afternoon and evening, south 20 to 30 mph with
gusts up to 45 mph. Thursday afternoon and evening, northwest 15
to 30 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent this afternoon and
evening. As low as 10 percent Thursday afternoon and evening.
* TEMPERATURES...Up to 87 this afternoon. Up to 93 Thursday
