Description:
At 312 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Ashland, or 9
miles southwest of Gretna, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Public reported quarter size hail 4 miles northeast of
Lincoln with this storm.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Ashland and Camp Carol Joy Holling.
This includes Interstate 80 in Nebraska near mile marker 407.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for southeastern
and east central Nebraska.
