At 511 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm capable of producing a landspout near Lake Minatare State Recreation Area, or 10 miles east of Scottsbluff, moving east at 10 mph. HAZARD...Landspouts, wind gusts up to 50 mph, and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Minatare, Lake Minatare State Recreation Area, and Moomaw Corner.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM MDT for the Panhandle of Nebraska.
