Description:
Red Flag Warning in effect through 8pm this evening.
The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect until 8 PM MDT this evening.
* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 431, 432, 433, 436, and 437.
* WIND...Northerly winds between 20 and 30 MPH
* HUMIDITY...RH values between 10 to 15 percent
* HIGHEST THREAT: Along I-80 corridor underneath erratic gusty
showers.
* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
Instruction:
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
