At 453 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking showers and isolated thunder along a line extending from 10 miles southwest of Manning Ranch to 7 miles south of Laramie County Fairgrounds at Archer. Movement was east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. Brief strong gusts around 60 mph possible. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Brief strong gusty winds may result in travel difficulties. Locations impacted include... Cheyenne, Torrington, Wheatland, Lusk, Guernsey, Pine Bluffs, Morrill, Lingle, La Grange, Lyman, Burns, Harrison, Fort Laramie, Chugwater, Glendo, Albin, Yoder, Henry, Manville, and Hartville. This includes the following highways... Interstate 25 in Wyoming between mile markers 11 and 92, and between mile markers 103 and 118. Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 361 and 402. Interstate 80 in Nebraska near mile marker 1.
