* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches.
* WHERE...In Nebraska, Kimball County. In Wyoming, East Laramie
County.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM MDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slushy and slick road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the commutes on Tuesday morning and
evening, and on Wednesday morning. In addition, the weight of the
heavy, wet snow on tree limbs could cause tree damage and bring
down power lines.
