At 623 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 14 miles south of Middlegate, or 18 miles northwest of Gabbs, moving north at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Middlegate, Junction U.S 50 And Nv 121 (Dixie Valley Rd), Junction U.S 50 And NV 722, Fairview Peak, and Nv 361 At Mineral-Churchill Co Line.
