* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northern New Hampshire, including the following county, Carroll. * WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 337 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Conway, Ossipee, Moultonborough, Effingham, Tamworth, Wolfeboro, Sandwich, Madison, Freedom and Albany.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
