Description:
At 148 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles south of Tecolote, or 18 miles south of Las Vegas, moving
northeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Tecolote, Romeroville, Los Montoyas, San Agustin and Chapelle.
This includes Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 329 and 343.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
