At 927 PM MDT, surface observations indicated a line of strong thunderstorms with strong outflow winds extending from near Ute Lake State Park to 9 miles southwest of Wheatland, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Surface observations. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Logan, San Jon, Grady, Wheatland, Ute Lake State Park, Broadview, Bellview, Bard and Forrest. This includes Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 339 and 373.
