Warning for the following rivers...
South Fork Licking River Near I 70 near Buckeye Lake.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* WHERE...South Fork Licking River near I 70 near Buckeye Lake.
* WHEN...From this morning to early this evening.
* IMPACTS...At 880.0 feet, Water extends onto the 129A exit ramp
from eastbound Interstate 70 to Route 79 near Buckeye Lake.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:45 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 880.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 880.2
feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late
this afternoon.
- Flood stage is 880.0 feet.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
