...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers... Scioto River at Circleville. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Scioto River at Circleville. * WHEN...Until late Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Flooding affects areas of Mill and Canal Roads, as well as Island road and State Route 762. Backwater flooding along Big Darby Creek causes flooding of some low lying roads, and some backwater flooding along Hargus Creek affects low spots of Ted Lewis Park. Flooding of the Cooks Creek Preserve also occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM EDT Monday the stage was 18.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
