Coe Street, Water Street, East Davis Street, and riverside property along Front Street are threatened. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:45 PM EDT Monday the stage was 8.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 9.2 feet this evening.
