* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Central Morgan County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of the Muskingum River at and near McConnelsville is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 333 PM EDT, The gauge at McConnelsville on the Muskingum River was reading 8 feet and rising. The river is forecast to crest near 8.8 feet this evening. Due to the recent dam replacement, the official flood stage is no longer representative of known impacts. Flooding of areas away from the gage can be expected at lower stages. At stages of 8.5 feet, Route 669 above Malta and other roads along the river will experience flooding. In addition, low-lying areas adjacent to the river, including boat ramps, will also experience flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
