* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Clark, Greene, Miami, Montgomery and Preble. * WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 532 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Dayton, Kettering, Beavercreek, Huber Heights, Fairborn, Trotwood, Miamisburg, Vandalia, Englewood, Tipp City, Eaton, Bellbrook, Moraine, New Carlisle, West Milton, Oakwood, Yellow Springs, Wright-Patterson Afb, West Carrollton and Enon.
