Description:
At 737 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Stryker to near Van Wert. Movement was
east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Defiance, Napoleon, Ottawa, Archbold, Bluffton, Columbus Grove,
Leipsic, Deshler, Kalida, Liberty Center, Continental, Pandora,
Holgate, Glandorf, Ottoville, Mcclure, Hamler, Fort Jennings, Texas,
and Dupont.
This includes Interstate 75 between mile markers 139 and 141.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for
northwestern and west central Ohio.
