IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Newark, Heath, Hebron, Hanover, Marne, Harbor Hills, Thornport, Gratiot, Toboso, Interstate 70 at State Route 13, Fallsburg, and Brownsville.
