At 150 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Mantua, or 8 miles north of Ravenna, moving northeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Warren, Ravenna, Kent, Niles, Streetsboro, Cortland, Newton Falls, South Russell, Lordstown, Middlefield, Garrettsville, Kinsman, North Bloomfield, Orwell, Burton, Andover, Mantua, West Farmington, Vienna Center, and Bristolville.
