At 636 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles east of Athens to near Oak Hill. Movement was east at 55 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Parkersburg, Belpre, Point Pleasant, Harrisville, Pomeroy, Oak Hill, Rio Grande, Elizabeth, Racine, Coolville, Rutland, Forked Run State Park, Vienna, Ravenswood, New Haven, Pennsboro, Mason, Sandyville, Mineralwells, and Washington. This includes the following highways... Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 142 and 181. Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 1 and 43.
