The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a Red Flag Warning for western Oklahoma and adjacent north Texas, which is in effect from noon to 9 PM CDT Friday. * WINDS...South 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 to 15 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Up to 102. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
