At 558 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Touchet, or 16 miles west of Walla Walla, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Walla Walla, College Place, Milton-Freewater, Umapine, Garrett, Touchet, and Lowden. This includes the following highways... Highway 11 between mile markers 21 and 35. Highway 12 between mile markers 313 and 339.
