HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Warren, Russell, Scandia, Warren South, Kinzua Dam, Chapman State Park, Starbrick, and Clarendon. Radar has indicated rotation within this severe thunderstorm. Although a tornado is not immediately likely, tornadoes can develop quickly during severe thunderstorms. This includes the following highways... Route 6 from Irvine to Clarendon. Route 62 from Irvine to Russell. State Road 59 from Warren to east of Kinzua Dam.
