At 544 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Windber, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Roaring Spring, Mount Union, New Enterprise, Martinsburg, Claysburg, Osterburg, St. Clairsville, Blue Knob State Park, Raystown Dam, Queen, Ski Gap, Saxton, Mill Creek, Kistler, Woodbury, Newton Hamilton, Marklesburg, New Paris, Atkinson Mills, and Blue Knob Ski Resort.
