At 656 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Carlisle, moving northeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Carlisle, Boiling Springs, and New Kingstown around 700 PM EDT. Mechanicsburg and Hogestown around 705 PM EDT. Shiremanstown and Wertzville around 710 PM EDT. Camp Hill, Lower Allen, and Enola around 715 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include City Island, Penn State Dickinson School Of Law, and Messiah College.
