Burning is not recommended. The National Weather Service in Des Moines has issued a Red Flag Warning from 10 AM to 9 PM CDT Saturday. * WIND...Southwest winds at 20-25 mph, gusting to 30-40 mph. * HUMIDITY...minimum values of around 15 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
