with a significant wind shift expected to move through the forecast
area Sunday.
* WINDS SUNDAY...Southwest winds becoming north 20 to 30 mph
with gusts up to 45 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 7 to 15 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...Highs near 75 northwest Oklahoma to near
100 north Texas.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
