The National Weather Service in Midland/Odessa has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 10 AM to 10 PM CDT Sunday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * WINDS...South 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 5 percent. * RFTI...4 to 5 or critical. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
