The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM to 10 PM MDT Wednesday. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 419. * WIND...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts of 40 to 50 mph. * HUMIDITY...Between 12 and 17 percent. * HIGHEST THREAT...is located below 7000 ft in elevation. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
