Description: 
At 456 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 9 miles northwest of Berea to near Jacksonville, or along a line from 24 miles southwest of Atlanta to near Jacksonville, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Longview, Marshall, Henderson, Kilgore, Whitehouse, White Oak, Gladewater, Hallsville, Overton, Bullard, Jefferson, Troup, Tatum, Ore City, New London, Arp, Clarksville City and East Mountain.
Instruction: 
Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. These storms are capable of producing dangerous hail and damaging winds. Intense thunderstorm lines can produce brief tornadoes and widespread significant wind damage. Although a tornado is not immediately likely, it is best to move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. These storms may cause serious injury and significant property damage. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT Sunday for a portion of northeast Texas.
