At 544 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Highway 6 at
Lake Murray Dam, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
trees and powerlines.

Lexington, Irmo, Highway 6 at Lake Murray Dam, Red Bank, Ballentine,
Chapin, Gilbert, Summit, South Shore Marina, Oswald Park, Bundrick
Island, Putnam's Landing, White Rock, Murray, Rocky Point Recreation
Area, Hollow Creek Public Park, Melvin Park, Lighthouse Marina, Shull
Island, and Lake Murray Marina.

Interstate 20 in South Carolina between mile markers 48 and 59.
Interstate 26 between mile markers 91 and 102.

building.
