The National Weather Service in Aberdeen has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 3 PM CDT /2 PM MDT/ this afternoon to 10 PM CDT /9 PM MDT/ this evening. * AFFECTED AREA...In South Dakota, Stanley, Sully, Hughes, Hyde, Jones, Lyman and Buffalo. * WINDS...East 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 18 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control or suppress.
