Description:
At 621 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
White Oak, or 12 miles southeast of Midway, moving northeast at 20
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Clayton, Hawkinsville, Spring Hill, Gaino, Comer, Barbour County
Public Lake Dam, Osco, White Oak, Lakepoint Resort State Park,
Batesville, Clayton Municipal Airport, Twin Springs, Lugo, Baker
Hill, and Millers Ford.
