Description:
At 1153 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Cudjoe Key to 9 miles south of Little Palm
Island Resort. Movement was northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Marathon, Bahia Honda Channel Bridge, Seven Mile Bridge, East End Of
Seven Mile Bridge, Niles Channel Bridge, West End Of Seven Mile
Bridge, Spanish Harbor Channel Bridge, Ohio Key, Bahia Honda Key, and
Little Torch Key.
This includes US 1 between mile markers 20 and 51.
