Description:
At 215 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Folkston to near Glen St. Mary. Movement
was northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Jacksonville, St. Marys, Kingsland, Fernandina Beach, Hilliard,
Woodbine, Callahan, Jacksonville International Arpt, Kings Bay Base,
and Arlington.
