Description: 
At 838 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9 miles southeast of Linn Valley, or 10 miles northeast of Pleasanton, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Butler, Pleasanton, Linn Valley, Amsterdam, Amoret, Foster, Merwin, Passaic, and Worland. This includes Interstate 49 between mile markers 130 and 139.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for east central Kansas...and west central Missouri.
