At 217 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Dicks Creek, or near Prestonsburg, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Prestonsburg, Warfield, Endicott, Pilgrim, Coalpoint, Davella, Lancer, Prince, Delong, McClure, Lovely, Preece, Jarad, Threeforks, Moree, Odds, Dicks Creek, Bradbury, Heenan, and Pleasant. THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS... Kentucky Highway 3 in Floyd County near mile marker 4. Kentucky Highway 3 in Johnson County Kentucky Highway 3 in Martin County between mile markers 1 and 6.
