Description:
At 615 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Grenada, moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Water Valley, Coffeeville, Velma, Spearman, Bryant, Benwood, Tyson,
Gums, Pine Valley, and Ellard.
This includes Interstate 55 in Mississippi near mile marker 215.
