Moist conditions will allow areas of fog to persist early this
morning, mainly at higher elevations. Be prepared for rapid
fluctuations in visibility. Also, temperatures will drop to
near freezing. Exposed wet surfaces, such as bridges, may contain
patchy ice. Exercise caution if traveling early this morning.
