Description:
Areas of dense fog exists from Cando thru Devils Lake to
Cooperstown and will likely expand farther south and east possibly
into the Fargo and Grand Forks area by sunrise. Visibilities will
vary but will be below one half mile at times. Fog should begin to
lift by 10 am.
